HVT-TF Construction

HVT-TF hoses are super heavy-duty through-the-weave polyurethane (PU) covered hoses.  HVT-TF hoses shall be made from 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, totally embedded in the PU compound, excellent protection against mechanical damage, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of any glues or adhesives of any type.

Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is extruded “through the weave” in a unique one step production process. This process combined with UV protection additives in the compounds makes this transfer hose ideally suited for high abrasion applications in the mining and water transfer/fracking applications.

Hose Swivels

Cadman hose swivels are engineered to prevent high pressure hose from binding and becoming entangled during usage and deployment. Each hose swivel is fitted with a long-lasting O-ring seal to prevent any leaks which otherwise may occur.
